Hamamata Africa is run by a beautiful, dark skin, Ghanaian woman called Hamamat Montia, who takes her followers with her to the rural parts of Ghana. She mainly focuses on the city of Tamale. She shares her beauty secrets, the lives of children living the the country, some of her favorite meals, the market scene and beautiful images of Ghana. Katie and her organization built schools all over the country and are giving so many girls a chance to get educated. This year she was named one of People’s ’25 Women Changing The World”. In 2014 she was Time Magazine’s ‘Person of the Year’. I have been in contact with her through Instagram and cannot wait to meet her in the December and see her work in person. Her Instagram captures her students, their parents, and the work she has done over the year. Definitely one of my favorite Instagram page to follow. FOLLOW HERE @Zuleka1847 I’m bias towards this page because she’s a friend of mines but it doesn’t take from her hard work. Randell Zulela Duada is a Classical High School graduate, who later went to Northeastern University for her Bachelors in Psychology and Cultural Anthropology and Masters in Higher Education Administration and Leadership. She moved to Liberia about 3 years ago to help women further their education. In most parts of Africa, women are told that men should be the ones to go off to college so they can be the head of households and she is trying to put an end to that in Liberia. She is now working for Tubman University as the only woman and youngest on the Recruitment team for the University. She’s the senior director for Admissions, Records and Registration at the university. Her Instagram captures the opposite of that, it mainly captures the beauty of Liberia, especially the beautiful beaches and fashion.

Africa is in need of our help. We may try to disregard the truth behind every situation right now, but it will keep on happening as long as people will not put an end to this. It's just sad that there are people who have to suffer like this. On the other hand, I appreciate the genuine kindness of these women. They are selfless. This world needs more people like them, and I am hoping that this story inspired them to do the same thing!
